- Bell pepper - 2,5 kg
- Garlic - 100 g
- Parsley - 20 g
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Apple cider vinegar - 120 ml
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the bell pepper in half, peel the seeds and cut into small pieces.
Chop the parsley and peeled garlic.
Mix pepper, garlic, herbs, oil and salt.
Put into jars and sterilize for 15 minutes.
Carefully remove the jars from the sterilization bath, pour a little vinegar into each one.
Roll it up, turn it upside down and leave it warm for a day.
