I like to experiment with different types of adjik and this recipe is one of my favorites. I use ripe plums, fresh herbs and fragrant garlic to create a spicy and spicy sauce. It is great for meat, fish, vegetables or just bread.
Ingredients
- Plums - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 600 g
- Hot red pepper - 200 g
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Garlic - 1 head
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Apple cider vinegar - 100 ml
- Salt - 2 art.l.
- Hop-suneli - 1 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the plum and randomly chop all the pepper.
Put everything through a meat grinder with garlic and herbs.
Add the oil and bring the adjika to a boil.
Boil for half an hour, add salt, vinegar and spices, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Roll up the adjika in sterile jars.
