Lamb is a little more difficult to cook than pork or beef. But it has a unique bright taste. Such meatballs will definitely not leave anyone indifferent. Especially in a hot sauce made from fresh vegetables
Ingredients
- Mutton - 600 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Cilantro - 0.5 beam
- Bell pepper - 3 pieces
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Tomato sauce - 4 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pass the lamb and one onion with garlic through a meat grinder.
Add the egg, spices, a little chopped cilantro, and beat off the minced meat.
Shape the meatballs and lightly fry them on all sides.
Randomly chop the remaining vegetables. Fry the onion with carrots and add Bulgarian pepper with chili.
Fry for a couple more minutes, mix with tomato sauce.
Season, add meatballs to the vegetables and pour in a little water or broth.
Simmer everything under the lid until the meatballs are ready and add chopped coriander a couple of minutes before the end.
