Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Leek - 1 piece
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Garlic - 4 teeth
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut all the vegetables into strips, chop the garlic and herbs.
Lay out the chicken and beat it off so that there is one thin layer. Sprinkle with spices.
Put the vegetables on the chicken, roll up a tight roll and wrap it tightly with foil in several layers.
Put the roll in a slow cooker, pour in a glass of water and cook for 35-40 minutes in steaming mode.
