Ingredients
- Chicken legs - 6 pieces
- Soy sauce - 60 ml
- Sugar - 50 g
- Sesame - 2 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Water - 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the legs with spices and fry on all sides until golden.
Pour in water and simmer for 10-15 minutes under the lid on low heat.
Add sugar and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce, simmer for another 5-7 minutes and sprinkle the legs with sesame seeds.
