When it comes to meat dishes, pork ribs in the oven are certainly remembered. They can be cooked with different spices, vegetables and sauces. It turns out very tasty with apple-tomato glaze. I propose to try this recipe today.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 1 kg
- Apples - 2 pieces
- Wine vinegar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground cinnamon - 0,5 tsp.
- Brown Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt (large) – 1,5 tsp.
- Rosemary (for submission) – 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork ribs and dry them with paper towels.
Peel the apples from the seeds and grind them in a blender until pureed.
In a large bowl, mix applesauce, tomato paste, sugar, salt, cinnamon and vinegar.
Put the ribs in a bowl with sauce, mix, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.
Place the ribs on a baking sheet covered with foil and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and continue cooking for another 30 minutes. Depending on the characteristics of your oven and the thickness of the ribs, it may take more or less time.
Place the finished ribs on a plate or a serving board and sprinkle with rosemary.
