Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and lightly fry them until soft in olive oil.
Mix with the washed lentils and place in a baking dish.
Rub the fish with spices, put on top and sprinkle with oregano and zest.
Gently pour in the water and bake the cod with lentils in the oven under foil for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
