I really like fried or stewed chanterelles and chicken in sour cream. So I combined all the best in this recipe at once. In fact, you can take any mushrooms, but with bright red chanterelles it turns out especially well.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 250 g
- Chanterelles - 400 g
- Sour cream - 250 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Butter - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chanterelles in several waters and thoroughly clean them from dirt. Flip them into a colander to drain the excess liquid.
Cut the mushrooms and breast into medium pieces. Finely chop the onion.
Fry the fillet on a mixture of oils over high heat for just a minute. Season with salt and pepper and set aside in a plate.
Put the chanterelles in the pan from the chicken and simmer them for 2-3 minutes. Set the mushrooms aside for the chicken.
Fry the onion until soft over low heat. Send chanterelles with chicken to him, add sour cream and mix.
Simmer the dish under the lid on low heat for about 5-7 minutes.
