Many people believe that red mountain ash is a rather specific berry, for an amateur. But most often the fact is that it only needs to be able to cook properly. For example, it is simply impossible to resist such jam "royally".

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil water with sugar, boil it until it dissolves and send the rowan there. Cook for 15 minutes.

Divide the peeled oranges into slices and cut into small cubes.

Send them to the rowan and cook for another 20 minutes.

Then add the chopped nuts and cook for another 20 minutes.

Roll the jam royally into sterile jars.
