Today we have a cheese shawarma according to the plan. We will cook it in a thin lavash with the addition of Bulgarian pepper. Instead of mayonnaise, we use an appetizing sauce made of sour cream, fatty kefir and garlic. Lovers of fragrant greens can add a little dill, parsley or cilantro.
Ingredients
- Cheese - 400 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.l .
- Kefir (bold) – 100 ml
- Lavash (thin) – 2 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Cut the bell pepper in half, peel from the seeds, cut into strips.
Mix mayonnaise, kefir and garlic passed through the press.
Spread the pita bread on the table and smear with the prepared sauce.
Put the bell pepper and grated cheese on the wide edge of the strip.
Turn the sides and bottom edge inside, roll the roll.
Fry the cheese shawarma on the grill or in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
