- Herring (fillet) – 350 g
- Processed cheese - 150 g
- Carrots - 50 g
- Onion - 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop it.
Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
Fry the onion and carrot in oil until soft.
Mince herring fillets, fried vegetables and processed cheese.
Add salt, spices and mix.
