- Mayonnaise - 70 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool and chop coarsely.
Chop sprats, eggs and onions in a blender.
Add the melted cheese and butter, and chop again.
Fill the forshmak with mayonnaise and spices.
