Salads with ingredients of the same color are my weakness. They are always beautiful and spectacular, so they cause delight with their appearance alone. Once, thanks to this recipe, my family fell in love with broccoli. Well, to make the dish even more satisfying and healthy, add eggs.
Ingredients
- Broccoli - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Spinach - 100 g
- Green peas - 150 g
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Lime - 0,5 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the eggs until tender, peel off the shell and cut in half.
Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and boil for 5 minutes in boiling water.
Pour boiling water over the peas if they were frozen.
Cut the avocado into thin slices, mix all the ingredients and season with olive oil.
Season the salad to taste and garnish with lime slices.
