I usually prefer simple salads with a small amount of ingredients, but for the sake of this recipe I want to make an exception. It's amazing how full and harmonious the taste of this dish turns out to be. Be sure to try it!
Ingredients
- Red Fish (low salt) – 150 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Leek - 100 g
- Quail eggs (boiled) – 5 pieces
- Feta - 60 g
- Olives (without a bone) – handful
- Greenery (any) – 50 g
- Corn oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the red fish into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, herbs, peeled leeks and bell peppers.
Peel the quail eggs from the shell and cut in half.
Mix everything, add olives, salt and corn oil.
Put the salad on a plate and sprinkle with crumbled feta.
