Wash the pork loin, dry thoroughly and cut into plates. The optimal thickness is 1.5-2 centimeters.

Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it well with a hammer on both sides.

Put the chops on a board, sprinkle with Italian herbs and salt.

Beat eggs lightly with milk, salt and ground pepper.

Pour the breadcrumbs onto a wide plate.

Dip the chops in the batter, and then roll in breadcrumbs.

Put the chops on a preheated frying pan with oil and fry for 1.5 minutes on each side.

Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the chops and bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
