Pork roll with mushrooms and mozzarella in the oven

Stuffing in rolls can be wrapped in different ways. This option is good if you like it when it is exactly in the center, and not distributed in a thin layer over the entire layer of meat. Pork, mushrooms and mozzarella are a win–win combination for culinary experiments.
Ingredients
- Pork - 1 kg
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Mozzarella - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tbsp.l.
- Rosemary - 1 twig
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Unwrap the pork in a layer.
Finely chop the mushrooms, fry until the liquid evaporates and mix with grated mozzarella.
Sprinkle the pork with spices, put the filling on the edge and roll the roll.
Tie it with a rope, put a sprig of rosemary and wrap it tightly in a baking sleeve so that there are fewer voids in it.
Bake everything in the oven for about 2-2.5 hours at 170 degrees.
