Ingredients
- Fig - 160 g
- String beans - 100 g
- Cauliflower - 100 g
- Bell pepper - 100 g
- Champignons - 50 g
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Green onion - 30 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Vegetable broth - 800 ml
- Olive oil - 15 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the green onions and cut all the vegetables into medium pieces.
Fry chopped garlic in olive oil, add cauliflower and string beans, and after 5 minutes - pepper.
Add the autumn vegetables, green onions and champignons, season to taste and pour all the broth.
Boil for 10 minutes after boiling, cover the rice, turn down the heat and bring the paella to readiness.
Do not stir the paella until the rice has absorbed all the water.
