Tomatoes, mozzarella and grated hard cheese give this casserole a distinct Italian touch. For all the simplicity of this dish, the household and guests are always delighted with it. And it is prepared at the same time very easily.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 500 g
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 300 g
- Mozzarella - 100 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Basil - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the potatoes, onion, pepper and half the tomatoes.
Fry the minced meat for a couple of minutes so that it changes color. Add the vegetables and fry for another 5 minutes. Season and add the basil.
Put everything in a mold and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
Spread the remaining tomato slices on top and sprinkle with grated hard cheese.
Put the casserole in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
