Not everyone likes to eat lard just in chunks. But the spread from it turns out wonderful. Hearty sandwiches will be an excellent quick snack that no longer needs to be cooked. I share the recipe that I use most often!
Ingredients
- Lard - 240 g
- Salt - 2-3 g
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 2 g
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Dill - 3 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pass the fat through a meat grinder or grind it with a blender.
Finely chop the garlic and dill.
Mix all the ingredients of the spread.
