I love homemade rolls because they are easy to make healthy and dietary. There is practically no chance with store-bought ham and sausages, but at home it's really easy. I share a proven recipe for PP chicken roll.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings (for chicken) – 1 art.l.
- Dried tomatoes - 2 handfuls
- Cottage cheese - 4 tbsp.l .
- Greens - 4 twigs
- Garlic - 2 teeth
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet, unfold it with a book and beat it into thin layers.
Rub them with spices.
Mix cottage cheese, chopped herbs, garlic and chopped dried tomatoes.
Put the filling on the chicken and roll up tight rolls.
Tie them with thread or wrap them with foil.
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 190 degrees.
