Cold appetizers in lavash are my favorite story. You can cut them into pucks and then do whatever you want with them. I serve them on holidays, take them on a picnic and even to work as a quick and convenient snack.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 250 g
- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Processed cheese - 80 g
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l .
- Greens - 1 bundle
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Lavash - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the eggs until tender, peel off the shell and grate on a fine grater.
Grate the cheese on the same grater, chop the crab sticks and mix all the ingredients.
I also add mayonnaise, chopped herbs and spices to taste.
Cut the cucumber into thin strips.
Spread out the pita bread, spread it evenly with crab mass and put cucumber cubes on one side along the edge.
Trim the filling and roll up a tight roll with cucumbers in the center. Immediately wrap it in plastic wrap and tighten the edges tightly.
Send the roll to the refrigerator for an hour so that it freezes a little and gets soaked. After that, feel free to cut it with a sharp knife.
