- Chicken liver - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Tomatoes - 200 g
- Salad mix - 200 g
- Crackers - 150 g
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the chicken liver and peel off the films.
Boil the liver in salted water for 7 minutes.
Chop tomatoes and cooled liver.
In boiling water, gently break the eggs one at a time. Proceed carefully so that they do not touch each other.
Boil for 3 minutes and fish with a slotted spoon.
Mix salad mix, tomatoes, liver and crackers.
Add salt, pepper, season with oil and mix.
Arrange the salad on plates, put the eggs on top.
