- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Cream - 2 art.l.
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l .
- Nutmeg - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the eggs, dry them and break them into a bowl.
Add warm cream, flour, nutmeg, ground pepper, salt and whisk lightly with a fork.
Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with butter, pour in the egg preparation, close the lid and turn on the "Baking" or "Omelet" mode for 15 minutes.
After the beep, do not open the lid of the slow cooker for 10 minutes.
