One of the most original milk–based drinks is milk jelly made from corn starch. In general, it has a very ancient history, and such a treat was prepared many centuries ago, and in different cuisines of the world. Time has passed, but the drink has remained tasty and healthy.
Ingredients
- Milk - 2 l
- Sugar - 6 art.l.
- Vanillin - 0.5 tsp.
- Corn Starch - 7 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Stir the starch in a liter of milk until dissolved.
Heat the second liter almost to a boil with sugar and vanilla.
While stirring, combine both masses.
Cook the jelly for 7-10 minutes until thick on low heat, continuing to stir.
