Ingredients
- Cranberries - 500 g
- Orange - 1 piece
- Rosemary - 5 twigs
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sugar - 3 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Scald the orange with boiling water and peel it.
Chop the pulp in a blender or pass it through a meat grinder.
Cut half of the peel into large pieces, remove the zest from the remaining one.
Wash the berries and place them in a deep saucepan.
Add water, orange juice, sugar and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes after boiling.
Add ground pepper, rosemary, zest and large pieces of peel. Simmer for another 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
