Due to the fact that a wide variety of sauces are perfectly suitable for meat, I am constantly experimenting with this. Of all the recipes for cream sauces, this one seemed to me the most successful, so I'm happy to share it with you after some minor improvements.
Ingredients
- Butter - 20 g
- Flour - 1 art.l.
- Cream - 1 glass
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
- Paprika - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the chopped garlic for half a minute, add flour and fry in oil until golden.
Pour in the cream, stirring constantly so that there are no lumps.
Boil the sauce for 3-4 minutes, season and cook for another minute.
