We all love salad with crab sticks. There are a lot of variations of the popular dish. Today we will cook it with Peking cabbage, corn and mayonnaise. As for the latter, I advise you to use the one marked "For salads".
Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 300 g
- Crab sticks - 200 g
- Corn - 1 bank
- Parsley - 2 twigs
- Mayonnaise (easy) – 3 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the Peking cabbage and dry it with paper towels. Remove the top leaves and chop the cabbage into strips.
Cut the crab sticks into small circles.
Chop the greens, rinse the corn under running water.
In a wide bowl, mix cabbage, herbs, corn, crab sticks and salt.
Add mayonnaise and mix gently with salad tongs.
