- Potatoes (boiled) – 700 g
- Minced meat - 450 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Butter - 30 g
- Sour cream - 50 ml
- Cheese - 50 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and cook it with minced meat in the "Frying" mode for 15 minutes. Season and set aside.
Mash the potatoes boiled in advance in mashed potatoes with butter and sour cream. Add egg and grated cheese.
Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker and put the mashed potatoes, minced meat and mashed potatoes again.
Cook the casserole for 30 minutes in the "Baking" mode.
