The juiciest cutlets are obtained on sour cream. A couple of spoons is enough and the minced meat immediately changes its consistency, the dish turns out soft and very tasty. Additionally, I steam the finished cutlets with water, but it is not necessary to do this.
Ingredients
- Minced pork - 500 g
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- White bread - 100 g
- Milk - 100 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 150 ml
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut white bread into small cubes and pour warm milk.
Peel the onion from the husk and chop.
Mix minced meat, onion, sour cream, egg, salt and ground pepper.
Add the lightly pressed bread and mix everything well.
Spoon a little minced meat, form a round cutlet and put it on a preheated frying pan with oil. Repeat the steps with the rest of the minced meat.
Fry the cutlets for 4-5 minutes on each side over medium heat.
Put the finished cutlets in a large saucepan, add water, cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
