If you have ricotta, be sure to try this recipe. Pancakes are simply delicious: fluffy dough, delicate aroma and amazing softness. They can be safely called ideal. I decided to replace sugar with honey. It's healthier and tastier this way.
Ingredients
- Ricotta - 300 g
- Milk - half a glass
- Honey - 3 tbsp.l .
- Flour - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Baking powder - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground cinnamon - to taste
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Butter (for frying) – 80 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the ricotta, milk, honey and salt.
In a separate container, beat the eggs to a fluffy foam.
Mix both blanks, add flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
Grease a frying pan with oil and heat it up. Spoon out small pancakes, shape them into the desired shape and fry until golden brown on both sides.
