Fragrant apple curd is very tasty, tender and healthy. Kurd is, perhaps, one of the simplest desserts that anyone can cook. I suggest traditionally adding a little cinnamon and, possibly, other spices to taste.
Ingredients
- Apples - 400 g
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l.
- Sugar substitute - 2 tbsp.l.
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Ground cinnamon - 1 art.l.
- Coconut oil - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the apples from the peel and the middle, finely chop.
Put them in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Chop the apples with a blender and add the rest of the ingredients.
From the lemon, take the zest and juice to taste. Grind again.
Boil the curd over low heat, stirring continuously, for about 7-10 minutes until thickened. Let it cool down.
