- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Rice flour - 130 g
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Syrup (jerusalem artichoke) – 30 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mash the cottage cheese thoroughly and mix it with the eggs and Jerusalem artichoke syrup.
Cut the banana into pieces, add to the curd mass and whisk everything with a blender.
Add 100 g of rice flour, mix the dough and form cheesecakes.
Roll them in the remaining flour and fry with a minimum amount of oil.
