Sometimes I'm just too lazy to cook something in the oven. I love desserts and I know how to get out of the situation. At such moments I cook pp panna cotta. This quick and cold recipe is not only delicious, but also low-calorie.
Ingredients
- Cream (10%) – 400 ml
- Vanilla sugar - 1 g
- Gelatin - 10 g
- Raspberry - 50 g
- Sugar - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dissolve the gelatin in 50 g of water and set aside so that the gelatin swells well.
Combine cream with sugar and put on fire. Preheat the cream over medium heat, but do not boil.
As soon as the cream is warmed up, add gelatin to them and mix well. Pour the panna cotta into the cremans and send it to the refrigerator for an hour.
Prepare sweet raspberry sauce. To do this, put the raspberries in a saucepan and add sugar. As soon as the raspberries start the juice, boil it a little and evaporate the excess liquid.
When serving panna cotta, pour raspberry sauce over it and garnish with fresh berries.
