Which dessert to serve? Bake a chocolate cake! This is a versatile, beautiful and delicious option. Instead of raspberries, you can use any fresh berries and fruits. They should be slightly sour, because the cream and cakes are already very sweet.
Ingredients
- Flour - 400 g
- Cocoa (without slide) – 4 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 250 g
- Milk - 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Butter - 80 g
- Vegetable oil (to lubricate the mold) – 1 art.l.
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
- Water (boiling water) – 200 ml
- Butter - 300 g
- Sugar - 250 g
- Vanilla Essence - 2 drops
- Raspberry - 300 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt.
In a separate container, lightly beat the eggs with sugar.
Add milk, melted butter and continue to beat with a mixer for 4-5 minutes.
Pour in the dry billet and mix well until smooth.
Continuously whisking the mass, pour in small portions of boiling water. The dough should turn out to be runny.
Cover the split form with baking paper, grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour.
Pour the dough into the prepared mold and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Depending on the diameter of the mold, it may take more or less time,
Do not remove the finished cake from the mold for 10-15 minutes. Then put it to cool on the grill.
Cut the cake crosswise into two identical parts.
Beat soft butter with sugar and vanilla essence. 2 minutes at the highest speed is enough.
Assemble the cake, generously smearing the cakes with cream.
Brush the cream on top and put the raspberries. Send the cake to the refrigerator for a few hours.
