Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Pumpkin - 250 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Ground cinnamon - 2 pinches
- Flour - 0.5 glasses
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork and mix with egg, sugar and salt.
Grate the peeled pumpkin on a fine grater, squeeze out the juice and add to the cottage cheese.
Add cinnamon and other spices to taste, and at the end add flour according to the consistency of the dough.
Form the cheesecakes, roll in the remaining flour and fry in a frying pan.
