Fruit ice is a salvation for all ice cream lovers who follow the figure. But in the store it still has a lot of sugar, dyes and other unnecessary additives. I tell you how to cook it at home yourself.
Ingredients
- Berries - 300 g
- Apples - 1 piece
- Lemon juice - 60 ml
- Sugar substitute - 2 tbsp.l .
- Syrup (agave, jerusalem artichoke) – 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop an apple in a blender and add syrup, lemon juice and sugar substitute.
Add the berries to the same place and grind again until smooth. Berries with small bones can optionally be rubbed through a sieve.
Spread the mass into molds and send it to the freezer.
