My favorite way of harvesting any mushrooms for the winter is mushroom caviar. For example, it turns out to be very tasty, bright and appetizing from redheads. And for an even brighter flavor, I add carrots and onions to it. I tell you how to cook everything with a meat grinder.

Ingredients

  • Redheads - 700 g
  • Carrots - 1 piece
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Vegetable oil - 250 ml
  • Salt - 1 art.l.
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Dill - 4 twigs
  • Vinegar - 1.5 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Go through the redheads. Boil for 20 minutes in boiling water and rinse.

Pass the ginger through the meat grinder.

Chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry in oil until soft.

Add the ginger, salt and spices, and fry for another 15-20 minutes.

Add herbs and vinegar.

After another 5 minutes, roll the caviar into sterilized jars.
