Ingredients
- Oyster mushrooms - 2 kg
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Garlic - 50 g
- Vinegar - 80 ml
- Mustard Seeds - 1 art.l.
- Black Pepper - 10 peas
- Allspice - 5 peas
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - 40 g
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut oyster mushrooms, put them in a saucepan with water and boil for 10 minutes.
Put the mushrooms in a colander and cool slightly.
Place spices, garlic, oyster mushrooms and finely chopped tomatoes in prepared jars.
Boil water with sugar, salt and pour into jars.
Sterilize for 10 minutes, add vinegar and roll up.
