- Sugar - 800 g
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Scald the rowan with boiling water and put it in a colander.
Boil water with sugar and boil until dissolved.
Put rowan into the syrup, pour in lemon juice, add the zest, and let everything brew for an hour.
Bring the jam to a boil, boil for 20 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
