Ingredients
- Apples - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tbsp.l .
- Citric acid - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the apples and grate or chop in another way.
Add sugar with cinnamon and citric acid. Leave them for a couple of hours.
Send everything to the slow cooker and turn on the "Quenching" mode for 45 minutes.
In the process, mix the jam a couple of times.
Pour it into clean, dry jars.
