Ingredients
- Raspberry - 250 g
- Cream (33-35%) – 250 ml
- Sugar - 100 g
- Vanilla sugar - 2 sachet
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the raspberries through a sieve, mix with sugar and lemon juice and put them in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Whisk cream with vanilla sugar to a froth.
Add raspberries and mix everything until smooth.
Put the ice cream in the freezer and stir it every hour until it hardens.
