The original way to beat the classic tiramisu dessert is to cook it in the form of a roll. Very simple, delicious and beautiful. And then it is also very convenient to cut it to the table. This recipe has been repeatedly tested in practice, so I'm confidently sharing it!
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Flour - 120 g
- Sugar - 120 g
- Water - 70 ml
- Instant coffee - 1.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Cream (33-35%) – 250 ml
- Powdered sugar - 120 g
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Chocolate - 50 g
- Cocoa - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with salt, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
Add the sifted flour and mix the dough.
Pour it on a parchment-lined baking sheet with high sides.
Bake the cake for about 7-10 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees until lightly browned.
Flip the cake onto the silicone mat and immediately roll it into a roll along with the mat. Leave it for an hour.
Whisk cream with powdered sugar to peaks. Add the curd cheese and whisk again.
Add the grated chocolate and mix the cream.
For impregnation, brew coffee with sugar in water.
Unwrap the biscuit and soak it with this impregnation.
Lay out a layer of cream, roll up the roll again and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Coat it with the remaining cream and sprinkle with cocoa.
