Even ardent adherents of proper nutrition from time to time want to eat something sweet. Banana PP cake is perfect for such a case. It is prepared with a minimum amount of rice flour, without the addition of fats and sugar.
Ingredients
For the cake:
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Rice flour - 3 tbsp.l .
- Baking powder - 2 g
For cream:
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Greek yogurt - 2 tbsp.l.
- Stevia - to taste
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
For decoration:
- Walnuts - half a glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork until they are mushy.
Add lightly beaten eggs, flour, baking powder and puree with an immersion blender.
Pour the dough into a greased mold and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Cool the finished cake and cut it across into two parts.
Chop the cottage cheese in a blender.
Add yogurt, stevia, vanilla and mix.
Lay the cakes on top of each other, generously smearing with cottage cheese cream.
Top the banana PP cake with cream and sprinkle with walnuts.
