Such a cake can be baked on a festive table. Cheesecake snickers is a real firework of flavors! A base of sugar cookies, a delicate cheese layer and a wonderful caramel with peanuts and salt. Try to eat at least a piece and you will not be able to stop.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Cream - 150 ml
- Coffee (espresso) – 50 ml
- Sugar - 180 g
- Starch - 1 art.l.
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Peanuts - 150 g
- Butter - 60 g
- Sugar - 80 g
- Salt - 0,3 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies in a blender or crumble with a rolling pin.
Add the melted butter, cocoa and mix well.
Put the resulting mass into a detachable mold, lightly tamping.
Mix cottage cheese, sugar, coffee and vanilla.
Whipping with a mixer at low speed, add all the eggs one by one. Beat the finished mass for another 3-5 minutes.
Add the cream mixed with starch and mix well.
Put the cheese filling in the mold with the base and smooth it out. Bake for 1.5 hours at 150 degrees.
Melt the sugar in a small saucepan.
Add butter, hot cream and salt. Warm everything together for 2-3 minutes, and then remove from the heat and cool.
Remove the cooled cheesecake from the oven, sprinkle the surface with peanuts, and then pour over the caramel. Put it in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.
