Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the nuts into powder and mix with cinnamon.
Finely chop the pumpkin and bake or simmer in a frying pan until soft for about 10-15 minutes.
Let it cool down a little, add the rest of the ingredients and chop everything with a blender.
Pour the mass into glasses and send it to the refrigerator.
