In summer, I really want to eat cold ice cream. Do not rush to go to the store, delicious dessert is very easy to prepare at home. You don't even need eggs for that. I share a great recipe that will pleasantly surprise you.
Ingredients
- Cream (from 33% fat content) – 600 g
- Milk (high fat content) – 1 glass
- Sugar - 120 g
- Food coloring (yellow) – a couple of drops
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix cream with sugar and whisk at high speed for 5-7 minutes.
Add cold milk, vanilla and continue to beat for 3-5 minutes.
Add a couple of drops of food coloring, adjusting the color of the ice cream.
Pour the resulting mixture into the prepared container and put it in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours. Take out the ice cream every half hour and mix thoroughly.
