- Spinach - 150 g
- Flour - 190 g
- Sugar - 180 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Egg whites - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 80 ml

- Sour cream - 400 g
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind spinach, butter, zest, 1 yolk and 50 g of sugar in a blender until smooth.
Separately whisk the remaining yolks and another 80 g of sugar. Connect both masses with a spatula.
Whisk all the proteins with the remaining sugar to persistent peaks.
Mix both masses with a spatula and gradually add the sifted flour.
Pour into the mold and bake the sponge cake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
Whisk sour cream with powdered sugar until fluffy.
When the biscuit cools down, cut it into thin cakes and smear with cream.
