- Rice flour (adhesive) – 260 g
- Water - 140 ml
- Lemon juice - 0,5 tsp.
- Powdered sugar - 1 art.l.
- Food coloring (yellow) – 1 drop
- Mascarpone - 250 g
- Sugar - 50 g
- Gelatin - 1 art.l.
- Milk - 100 ml
- Water - 6 art.l.
- Food coloring (yellow) – 1 drop
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix food coloring with water.
Add flour, powdered sugar and lemon juice.
Place the dough in a bowl, cover with cling film and make 4-6 holes with a toothpick.
Heat the dough in the microwave on medium power for 1 minute.
Remove, mix and repeat the procedure again.
Soak the gelatin in water and set aside for 10 minutes.
Mix mascarpone, sugar, milk, swollen gelatin and dye.
Roll out the cooled dough with a thin cake, squeeze out small circles with a mold.
Put a little filling on each blank and seal it tightly. Give the cake a round shape.
