The recipe will appeal to lovers of very sweet desserts. Tender cheesecake snickers is prepared without baking. With the addition of gelatin, the curd-cream layer freezes just perfectly. Pre-fry the peanuts for caramel in a dry frying pan.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Cream - 200 g
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Cocoa - 2 art.l.
- Gelatin - 20 g
- Water (boiled) – 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies in a blender until they are fine crumbs.
Add cocoa, melted butter and mix well.
Put it on the bottom of the prepared mold, lightly tamping. Form high sides.
Gelatin mix with cold water and leave for 10 minutes.
Mix cottage cheese with cream, cocoa, sugar and soaked gelatin. Puree with an immersion blender until smooth.
Put the curd mass on top of the base, flatten and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Fill the gelatin with cold water and put it aside.
In a saucepan with a thick bottom, melt the sugar until a homogeneous brown mass.
Add hot cream and cook over low heat, stirring frequently.
Turn off the heat, add the blank with gelatin and mix.
After 10-15 minutes, pour in the peanuts and mix well again.
Put the resulting blank on top of the curd-cream layer. Put the cheesecake snickers in the refrigerator for another 2 hours.
