Tables are always full at Easter. Housewives boast of delicious dishes, striking with incredible imagination and dexterity. If you want to compete, prepare a cottage cheese Easter Tiramisu. The original dessert will cause a real sensation.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese (10-12% fat content) – 400 g
- Sour cream (20% fat content) – 80 g
- Butter - 80 g
- Condensed milk - 80 g
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Coffee (espresso) – 150 ml
- Savoyardi Cookies - 10 pieces
- Cocoa (for decoration) – 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, soft butter, condensed milk, sugar, salt and vanilla.
Puree with an immersion blender until smooth.
Place a towel folded in half on a flat plate. Put the prepared Easter mold on top and cover it with a double layer of gauze inside.
Lay out a little curd mass.
Dip the cookies in coffee and put them on top. Break it, adjusting it to the desired size.
Repeat the steps with the remaining cookies and cottage cheese. The top layer must necessarily be curd mass.
Cover with gauze folded in several layers, put the oppression on top. Put it in the refrigerator for a day.
Carefully transfer the cottage cheese Easter Tiramisu to a plate.
Remove the gauze, sprinkle cocoa on top through a strainer.
